Ross Greene is a shareholder with the law firm of Pender & Coward, P.C. and chair of the firm’s Eminent Domain / Right of Way Practice Group. Mr. Greene represents condemnors in litigation in state and federal courts regarding just compensation, eminent domain, inverse condemnation, and the Uniform Relocation Act. He speaks regularly on topics related to eminent domain and right-of-way law and is certified as a Senior Right of Way Professional (SR/WA) by the International Right of Way Association. Mr. Greene graduated from Hampden-Sydney College and the University of Richmond School of Law.
